Configured rates are charged per physical sheet. Single-sided jobs use one sheet per page; duplex jobs use the ceiling of pages ÷ 2, including odd page counts.

Binding and finishing fees are applied per copy. A shop without a requested service is excluded, even if its print rate is cheaper.
Historical by design
Saved assessments store the quote values and calculation inputs at the time of comparison, so future rate edits do not rewrite past decisions.
